Golf Club
Opened in 1990, Dalston Hall's nine hole course is situated on the south west outskirts of Carlisle and can quickly be reached from junction 42 of the M6.
A 9 hole, 2700 yard course set in the valley of the river Caldew, on the fringe of the Lake District national park, providing a dramatic backdrop.
Wildlife abounds on the course and players may well see rabbits, red squirrels, oyster catchers, herons and even deer during a round.
